Element Overland Park

First time at an Element, and this was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had! Staff very welcoming and friendly, awesome gym, small pool was very nice (I wouldn’t call the water warm, but it wasn’t ice cold like most hotels), and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen! One of my kids and I have celiac and they actually had bakery options, and the Greek yogurt bar was superb! There’s also an espresso machine in the lobby. Very clean, amazing spacious rooms, would be awesome for a long stay because there was even a stocked kitchen, full size fridge and stovetop. Hotel was nice and quiet, and this location was perfect. Will be staying again, and this is definitely my new favorite hotel chain!

We really enjoyed this hotel with its modern decor spaciousness and cleanliness. Very bright and comfortable. Beds were great. I have marked a few of the things for star because we had an issue with the hot water in the shower. Could not get hot water in the shower at night. Although there was hot water in the sinks which it has both a kitchenette and bathroom sink. They have had an intermittent issue with rooms on the East end of the building. We were on the second floor there. In the morning the water was lukewarm to tepid so that one person could take a shower. Management was alerted that night and again in the morning and they were bringing plumbing in so perhaps it will be fixed for your stay. It's a difficult issue to troubleshoot since it's intermittent. We would definitely stay there again as we love the location, the ambience, the breakfast, and it looks like a great outdoor patio for warmer weather

I was kind of hesitant when booking this hotel because of some of the reviews but it is such a nice hotel. The staff is really really nice. The room was so clean. It smelled really good. I requested a crib for my baby and it was already in my room I didn’t have to ask again and carry it up. I loved how everything was eco friendly and the chef did an amazing job with breakfast! It was sooo good and healthy.

Very nice stay at the Element. The staff was professional and courteous from check-in to check-out. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well kept. The only small downside was that the shower took a little while to heat up, but once it did everything was great. The hotel is also in a really convenient location—close to tons of restaurants and shopping—and there’s a huge parking lot, which makes things easy. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

I've stayed here two weekends in a row now. Both weekends Robert has been working the 2nd shift and is an amazing CSR! The breakfast here is great, the coffee/hot chocolate machine is amazing. I love the in room amenities that an Element provides - full fridge, table to sit at, couch etc.

Our stay included three nights and four full days at the Element in Leawoood, KS. Every single detail was exceptional. The location is perfect. The room was well thought out and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was grand! We enjoyed the fresh, hearty and healthier options they served. While it was all great, the staff was the best! Every single staff member was helpful, kind and truly served us like they wanted to. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Robert and Rory made this experience 6-star! My wife and I stayed here for a work party nearby. Check in was smooth, the rooms were clean and roomy, and the CSR experience was top-notch. We had one small issue when we came in for the night - the heater was not working and the room was very chilly. Robert got us moved quickly and without question to a much warmer room. This made for a great short, hassle-free getaway for my wife and I. 10/10 would stay here again!
